We became authorized partners of KnowBe4, the leading company in cybersecurity training.

About KnowBe4.

KnowBe4 specializes in addressing the human element of security (i.e., the user). Based in Florida (United States), the company is present in 10 countries and has more than 1,300 employees worldwide.

Its solutions focus on training and raising awareness among employees about the various risks that threaten online activities. One of its strengths is the training created by Kevin Mitnick, who was the world’s most-wanted hacker (as we mentioned in this episode of Isbel’s podcast, Malicioso) and who served as Chief Hacking Officer at KnowBe4 for several years.

Its renowned platform is intuitive and powerful, capable of simulating phishing attacks and other types, allowing companies to recognize and strengthen their security levels. The goal of this training is for employees to understand how mechanisms like spam, phishing, malware, ransomware, and social engineering (among others) work, and to be able to apply this knowledge in their daily activities.

Founded by IT and data security expert Stu Sjouwerman, KnowBe4 has been recognized as a leader in The Forrester Wave: Security Awareness and Training Solutions for several consecutive years. This report evaluates and ranks security awareness and training providers based on their current offerings, strategy, and market presence.

In addition, it was positioned within Gartner's Magic Quadrant for three consecutive years, a recognition awarded to companies that lead in cybersecurity training and awareness.

What are the objectives of this partnership?

According to Alejandro Draper, our Networking & Security leader, this partnership is essential to complement the information security offering across all our territories. “Most attacks are based on social engineering, and the best way to prevent them is through ongoing training and awareness programs for employees,” he stated.
